What’s Your 6-Word Story?
“For sale: baby shoes, never worn.”
This sad, six-word short story is often misattributed to Ernest Hemingway because of the author’s predilection for sparse prose.
Its actual origin began in advertising before Hemingway was born, which doesn’t surprise me.
Find me a single copywriter who doesn’t want to cut the fat off copy. Lean language is our love language.
